We defend 8 out of 10 cases on the basis that we expect to win. An acquittal or discontinuance will avoid any criminal conviction and result in an award for costs being granted in your favour.
Q. How can I fund my defence? / how much will it cost? / how can I pay?
Most clients prefer to pay an agreed monthly amount. We will make an application for all of your costs to be recovered upon acquittal or discontinuance.

There is a broad spectrum of sentences available in both the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court from penalty points and fine to a custodial sentence. Our aim is to minimise any sentence as much as possible to achieve the best outcome for you.
